About ARCEDI
ARCEDI’s mission is to provide pregnant women with a safe, simple and accurate cell-based non-invasive prenatal diagnosis (cbNIPD) by isolating fetal cells from maternal blood for genomic analysis of the fetus
ARCEDI Biotech ApS is a Danish biotech company involved in developing technologies for cell based noninvasive prenatal diagnosis (cbNIPD).
ARCEDI Biotech has proprietary method to enrich fetal cells from circulating maternal blood with high efficiency. Once enriched, the fetal cells can be utilized for downstream analysis using technologies such as FISH, array CGH, Next Generation Sequencing, etc. for the detection of chromosomal and subchromosomal changes in the fetal genome.

Vision
Our vision is to fundamentally transform prenatal diagnostics by making cell-free non-invasive prenatal testing (cfNIPT), chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and amniocentesis (Amnio) obsolete.
Mission
Our mission is to provide pregnant women a safe, simple and accurate cell-based non-invasive prenatal diagnosis (cbNIPD) by isolating and extracting fetal calls from maternal blood for genomic analysis of the fetus.
Partnership
Aarhus University Hospital
The EVITA TEST has been developed in close collaboration with the Department for Ultrasound/Department for Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Department of Clinical Genetics at the Aarhus University Hospital. The scientific collaboration has evolved since 2005 and fundamentally contributed to the achievement of several milestones and results in the research.
